1. Non-Refundable:
Online Gift Voucher purchases are non-refundable. Once the transaction is completed, we are unable to process refunds for any reason.
2. Redemption Period (Gift Vouchers):
Online Gift Voucher is valid for one year after purchase.
3. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
KARA Beauty Lounge & Medspa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers. Please treat them as you would cash, as they cannot be replaced.
4. Redemption:
To redeem a Gift Voucher, the recipient must schedule an appointment and present the voucher at the time of service. Vouchers may only be redeemed for services offered by KARA Beauty Lounge & Medspa.
5. Booking Cancellation:
Appointments made using Gift Vouchers are subject to our regular appointment cancellation policy. Failure to provide sufficient notice of cancellation may result in forfeiture of the voucher.
